RESEARCH "APPY" HOUR

Teen Health & Wellness  provides middle and high school students with nonjudgmental, straightforward, curricular and self-help support, aligned to state, national, and provincial standards. Topics include diseases, drugs and alcohol, nutrition, mental health, suicide and bullying, green living, LGBTQ issues, and more. See Mrs. Schulze in the library for off-campus login.

Gale provides 20 different comprehensive research databases covering various topics (some of the relevant databases have already been posted in this blog). Gale also provides access to CVHS' library of non-fiction eBooks covering a wide range of topics. You can read the books online (using any device) and there is an option to listen to the text as it highlights the words onscreen. You may also print individual pages of the books as needed.
